Mr. Jonathan Chong, who possesses more than 15 years of expertise in the carbon market. Presently, he holds the position of Deputy Director at the Digital Finance Research Institute of the Global Technology Innovation Network, affiliated with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization. Additionally, Mr. Chong serves as a partner at the EU China Fund (Belgium) and has gained valuable experience in preparing companies for listing and managing operations in Hong Kong.

After graduating from the University of Hong Kong, Mr. Chan joined HSBC and worked at JF Asset Management Limited for over 10 years. In 1997, Mr. Chan co-founded KGI Asia Limited, where he served as the head of the Asset Management Department, managing a portfolio of 400 million US Dollars. In 2003, Mr. Chan expanded his financial advisory business, handling tasks such as establishing private equity funds, planning corporate IPOs, and managing corporate mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Chen, the founder of GZC, possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of carbon asset project development and management, spanning over 20 years. He leads a team of skilled professionals dedicated to the development of carbon offset projects, both domestically and internationally. Mr. Chen is well-versed in the regulations governing carbon trading, enabling him to navigate the complexities of the industry effectively.

Mr. Su brings to the table a remarkable track record of over 20 years in the banking industry. He worked at esteemed organizations such as Deloitte & Touche, where he honed his expertise. Notably, Mr. Su served as a director and division head within the commercial banking division of Standard Chartered Bank. Currently, he holds the position of executive director at Hong Kong Emissions Exchange Ltd., an organization renowned for its decade-long experience in the development of CCER forestry carbon offset projects.

Mr. Chan is a fellow of CPA Australia and currently serves as an independent non-executive director in various listed companies. Previously, Mr. Chan worked in the audit department of Ernst & Young. In 2003, he founded Mandarin Capital Enterprise Limited, where he has been actively providing professional advisory services in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, and corporate financing.
